Kiesha helps with Matthew's evening feeding. Matthew was born to a drug addicted prostitute who tried repeatedly to reform in order to regain custody of him from the state child welfare agency. Kiesha was neither HIV nor AIDS infected but her twin sisters who lived at the home were born HIV+.
