Police in Chicago subdue a man who was threatening suicide on I94 near Chicago's downtown. The man parked his work truck in the middle of the northbound freeway forcing police to shut down traffic and El trains on the main north/south route into Chicago for four hours, causing a massive rush hour traffic jam.
